- Always make payment with Printed reciept and never collect 2 ATMs at a time
- Never rush to attend to customers
- Collect and comfirm your cash before making transfer (and never retry failed transfer immediately) so far you’ve input your transaction pin
- Never accept home call from anyone to implement transaction
- Never accept transfer from strangers for any reason
- Never do competition with people around you (our source of money for transaction are different)
- Do your account daily before and after the day (Minimize cash at your stand/location)
- Never give your login details to anyone including your OTP. These are confidential/personal
- Never use a lane at all time to your House, Bank, Location and some other places
- Never answer these questions:
- Do you have cash?
- Is there network?
- What is the maximum amount you can transfer or pay?
